Head Donkey Herder & Wrench Head
Todd German is a Key West–based investment advisor and community advocate who believes civic engagement is a team sport. After honorable service in the U.S. Army, Todd brought that same sense of duty home to the Keys, where he’s spent years helping families plan their financial futures and helping neighbors shape their community.
Civically, Todd has chaired Hometown! Key West, the nonpartisan group known for its candidate forums and voter-education work. He co-founded the Keep Key West Weird Fund at the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys to celebrate and protect the island’s creative identity, and he serves with local nonprofits supporting arts, education, and community life, including Williams Hall. Whether moderating a forum, organizing a fundraiser, or mentoring the next generation, Todd focuses on practical solutions, respectful dialogue, and keeping Key West…Key West.
Off the clock, you’ll find him trading ideas with local leaders and hunting down the most random forgotten about and abandoned car projects.
This isn’t just a garage — it’s an obsession. A passion for racing, fabrication, and the art of making something truly one-of-a-kind. Follow the builds, the rescues, and the road trips that fuel it all.
